Cooking Club Is Ready to Get Cooking
Students who enjoy cooking, trying new recipes, and spending time in the kitchen are invited to join Cooking Club. The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26, in Room 148.
To participate, students must have completed Intro to FACS or Foods & Nutrition. We look forward to seeing our student chefs and all the great things they will create this year.
New at Richards: Honors Research Society
We are excited to introduce the Honors Research Society, a new club for students who are curious, ask questions, and enjoy exploring ideas.
The society will bring together students with a shared interest in research, learning, and making a positive impact. We look forward to seeing where our students' curiosity takes them and the ideas they bring to our school community.
Lights, Camera, Auditions!
Our fall play, Meet Me in St. Louis, is coming to Richards, and students have the opportunity to be part of the production.
An informational meeting will be held on August 24 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM in the PAC. Auditions will follow on August 26 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM in Room 162, with a full cast and crew meeting on August 28 from 3:15 to 4:15 PM in the PAC.
Interested in auditioning? Come give it a try! Auditions are open to everyone, and no previous experience is needed. Students who have questions can stop by Room 162 and speak with Mr. Badger.
We can't wait to see our students bring this story to life on stage!
Help Support Richards Band
Our Richards Band is hitting the parking lot for a good cause!
The Band will host a Car Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, August 29, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Richards High School North Parking Lot. The cost is only $5.
Bring your car, support our band students, and let them do the cleaning. Every car helps support the Band and its upcoming activities.
