About Me:

My name is Alicia Newhall. I am a licensed social worker (LSW) and school social worker (MSW). I started my career as a School Social Worker in 2015-2016 as a graduate school intern at Harold L. Richards High School. I loved learning from the experienced staff at Richards.
After my graduate internship, I worked at a number of schools in Kirby School District 140. My first year I worked as a general ed social worker teaching students Character based classroom lessons. My second and third year I was the special education social worker at Grissom Middle School. I worked with students at the Pre-K level through 8th grade. I enjoyed my time at Kirby School District 140.
I left KSD 140 before the 2019-2020 school year to continue my career at Community High School District 218. After leaving my internship at Richards, I always dreamed of coming back. I am honored to be the special education social worker at Richards High School. It's feels like home. Once a Bulldog, Always a Bulldog.
