Administrative Responsibilities: 
As the Assistant Principal of Attendance and Discipline, I am committed to fostering a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. I oversee student attendance and discipline, working closely with families, staff, and support teams to address chronic absenteeism and behavioral concerns. I enforce the school’s code of conduct, promote positive behavior through restorative practices, and help ensure compliance with district and state policies. Additionally, I support classroom management, supervise campus activities, and assist with safety and crisis planning. Through this role, I strive to ensure that all students are present, engaged, and supported in their academic and personal growth.
